Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. To assist the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites.
  2. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.
  3. To prepare cost effective plan and detailed work schedule for completion of project.
  4. Responsible of site coordination and supervising to ensure project are completed according to schedule and adhere to documents control procedure.
  5. To ensure good workmanship provided by contractors, check on any reported non-compliance and correction to all non-compliance.
  6. To monitor construction project to ensure that procedure, material and equipment comply with approved plans, specification, sample and quality.
  7. Liaise with authority and all consultants i.e Architects, C&S Engineer, M&E and Landscape consultants.
  8. To carry out inspection and tests as per specifications.
  9. To comply with all regulations and by laws of any authorities over the works.
  10. To attend site meeting, technical meeting, and coordination meeting during the work progress.
  11. To prepare Site Diary and reports of project activities.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Must possess Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Science or related discipline.
  2. Minimum 3 years working experience in construction environment with at least 1 year in a similar capacity.
  3. Familiar with legal requirements and knowledgeable in environmental, safety and health practices.
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
  6. Able to liaise with clients, consultants and authorities.
  7. Able to work under pressure and for long hours.
  8. Computer literate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. To assist the Construction Manager/Project Engineer to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites.
  2. Monitoring the progress of a project and keeping it on track from time to time.
  3. Coordinate task and oversee the supervisor and workers at construction sites.
  4. To delegate responsibilities and projects task to the worker and sub-contractors.
  5. To emphasis on the safe use of tools, machinery and equipment.
  6. To manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment
  7. To ensure equipment, machinery and tools are available for daily work.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum SPM qualification / at least 6 years o of experience in construction with similar capacity.
  2. Good construction knowledge and coordination skill with contractor & direct labor.
  3. Able to work under fast track project and tight schedule.
  4. Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment
  5. Ability to communicate and report effectively

Duties and Responsibilities:-

  1. To lead the project team in the planning, implementation, and successful completion of project.
  2. To plan, manage, monitor, and control from pre-construction stage to post-construction stage to meet the approved standard on quality cost and time.
  3. To establish and maintain close and effective liaison between developer, consultant, sub contractor and supplier on all project aspect.
  4. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.
  5. To define project schedule, allocate resources and   monitor progress.
  6. Support and assigned project team and ensure actively involved in the project.
  7. Monitor sub-contractor performance of works and or nominated sub contractor.
  8. Implementing various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, estimating contracting and construction in entire process.
  9. Initiate and co-coordinate regular site coordination meeting and to attend to all client, consultant, subcontractor and site meeting.
  10. To provide timely report and feedback to management for any issues to enable proper solution to be taken.
  11. Valuation and verify sub contractor works for payments.
  12. Generating necessary correspondence with consultants, client and sub architect.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree/ Diploma in Building or Civil Engineering or related field
  2. Minimum 12 years of working experience in construction industry with at least 5 years experience in similar capacity.
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Able to work independently and motivate subordinates.
  5. Able to liaise with clients, consultants and authorities.
  6. Able to work under pressure and for long hours.
  7. Computer literate.
